Delivery Information

At Samyati, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase:

 

  1. All orders placed in India will be catered by High standard courier agencies like DTDC, BLUE DART couriers, etc.. And international orders are shipped through Aramex. All are courier partners are reliable, trustworthy and follow all safety measures to ensure you a hassle free shopping with fastest and quality delivery.
  2. Every order would be dispatched after confirming the Authenticity of the order.
  3. We ship on all business days from Monday to Saturday excluding government holidays.
  4. Orders will be dispatched in 5 – 7 business days of placement depending upon the availability of the product.
  5. There might be delay in dispatch if the product is under production. Few products which are made to order including handloom and handblock will take around 10 – 12 business days to be dispatched since the products require more time to be manufactured/handmade. The production time for handblock/handloom materials will be mentioned in the product description.
  6. Once dispatched, orders within India will be delivered in 5- 10 business days. There might be delay in delivery due to unexpected/unavoidable factors.
  7. Force Majeure: We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Samyati’s reasonable control. Yet, we would definitely help you track down your parcel through our partnering courier agency.
  8. Samyati will be completely responsible for any damage caused to the products while in transit to our valuable buyers.
  9. We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to receive your parcel in the courier service timings (ideally 9am to 7pm IST). In-case of receiver unavailability, the courier executive would attempt to call you. If the calls as well go unattended, the parcel would left at the nearest hub. You can either pick it up yourself from the nearest hub or repay the shipping charges if you want to get your parcel reshipped to you. No refund shall be initiated for courier returns.
