No Return or Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged items. All sales are final.
Damaged Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we will replace it with the exact same piece, subject to availability. The buyer has to raise a exchange request within 3 days of delivery to claim replacement.
Procedure for Damaged Items:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged item at support@samyatisaree.com.
- Provide a clear video showing the damage and packaging of the item. This video is mandatory for processing the exchange.
- Our team will assess the damage based on the video provided.
- If the item is deemed eligible for replacement, we will arrange for the exchange.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be paid for online at the time of purchase.
